About the Jewelry
Are the stones in Adelina jewelry real?
Yes. Every piece uses authentic natural gemstones — amethyst, citrine, garnet, moonstone, labradorite, smoky quartz, aqua chalcedony and others. Stones are hand-picked in Jaipur, India and European markets for their natural beauty and energy. No synthetic stones, no imitations. As is standard in the jewelry trade, some natural gemstones may be enhanced by routine methods (such as heat or irradiation) to bring out their colour or clarity; any such treatment is stable under normal wear and care.
What metal is used?
All pieces are made in 925 sterling silver — stamped for fineness and tarnish-resistant. Made without nickel plating: the base metal is 925 sterling silver throughout, with no nickel alloy or nickel-plated underlayer. Gold-plated pieces use a gold-coloured surface coating over the same sterling silver base. Some pieces use an oxidised (blackened) finish for a darker, more dramatic look.
Is Adelina jewelry handmade?
Every piece is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans. No mass production. Each item may have slight natural variations — this is part of what makes it unique.
What ring sizes are available?
Rings are available in sizes 16.5, 17, 17.5, 18, 18.5 and 19 (inner diameter in mm). If you are unsure of your size, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well, or use a ring sizer at your local jeweler.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. Italy and EU orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Italy, EU, UK, USA, India, UAE, and many other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use our order tracking page to follow your shipment.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we offer a 30-day goodwill return for unworn items in original condition to all customers worldwide (including the USA and Canada). Custom / made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Please contact us at orders@adelina.world before returning any item.
How do I care for natural stone jewelry?
Keep away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Polish silver gently with a dry cloth. Natural stones can be sensitive to ultrasonic cleaners — clean by hand only.
Will the silver tarnish?
925 sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time. This is normal and can be gently polished away with a silver cloth. Regular wear actually helps keep silver bright.

Can I place a custom order?

Can I choose a specific stone?
For standard pieces, the stone shown in the product photo is the stone you receive. For custom orders, we can discuss stone selection based on your preference and what is available in our current collection.
