Are the stones in Adelina jewelry real?

Yes. Every piece uses authentic natural gemstones — amethyst, citrine, garnet, moonstone, labradorite, smoky quartz, aqua chalcedony and others. Stones are hand-picked in Jaipur, India and European markets for their natural beauty and energy. No synthetic stones, no imitations.

What metal is used?

All pieces are made in 925 sterling silver — hallmarked, tarnish-resistant, and nickel-safe. Some pieces use an oxidised (blackened) finish for a darker, more dramatic look.

Is Adelina jewelry handmade?

Every piece is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans. No mass production. Each item may have slight natural variations — this is part of what makes it unique.

What ring sizes are available?

Rings are available in sizes 16.5, 17, 17.5, 18, 18.5 and 19 (inner diameter in mm). If you are unsure of your size, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well, or use a ring sizer at your local jeweler.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. Italy and EU orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Italy, EU, UK, USA, India, UAE, and many other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use our order tracking page to follow your shipment.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any item.

How do I care for natural stone jewelry?

Keep away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Polish silver gently with a dry cloth. Natural stones can be sensitive to ultrasonic cleaners — clean by hand only.

Will the silver tarnish?

925 sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time. This is normal and can be gently polished away with a silver cloth. Regular wear actually helps keep silver bright.

Can I choose a specific stone?

For standard pieces, the stone shown in the product photo is the stone you receive. For custom orders, we can discuss stone selection based on your preference and what is available in our current collection.
