Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders of €150 or more (after discounts). Orders below €150 are charged the rate shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for an additional €15.

Processing and delivery times

Each piece is handmade. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within a few business days; total delivery time is usually up to 20 days, depending on destination and the carrier selected at checkout. All parcels are sent as tracked shipments and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details.

Destinations

We ship to virtually any address worldwide using international courier services.

Taxes and duties

Prices are shown in EUR. Adelina World operates under the Italian Regime Forfettario and does not charge or collect Italian VAT. For shipments outside the EU (including the US and Canada), no Italian or EU VAT applies. Within the EU there are no customs duties or import charges between Member States.

For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are set by your country’s customs authority and are payable by the recipient; they are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

United States: low-value parcels (historically USD 800 or less) have entered duty-free under the Section 321 de minimis rule; this exemption is scheduled to end on 1 July 2027, after which US customs duties may apply regardless of value. We do not collect US sales tax unless required by applicable state law; where required, it is shown at checkout. Please check current rules with US Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov).

Canada: parcels from Italy valued above CAD 20 may be subject to import duties, and parcels valued above CAD 40 may be subject to GST/HST at the border, levied by the Canada Border Services Agency and payable by the recipient. We do not collect or remit Canadian GST/HST at this time.
