Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders of €150 or more (after discounts). Orders below €150 are charged the rate shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for an additional €15.

Processing and delivery times

Each piece is handmade. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within a few business days; total delivery time is usually up to 20 days, depending on destination and the carrier selected at checkout. All parcels are sent as tracked shipments and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details.

We ship to virtually any address worldwide using international courier services.

Taxes and duties

Prices include Italian/EU VAT where applicable. Within the EU there are no customs duties or import charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be levied by your country and are payable by the recipient.
